Children & Family

The Children and Family Ministry of First Presbyterian Church seeks through worship, study, fellowship and service to support families as they grow in faith.  Here our children are claimed in baptism, wrapped in love, grounded in the stories of our faith and called by Jesus to lives of faithful discipleship.

Throughout the year, children participate in and lead various ministries designed to promote Christian discipleship.

Time with Young Christians – Each Sunday morning, a portion of our worship service is dedicated to focused time with children. The children are invited to the front of the sanctuary to participate in a short children’s sermon tailored to their needs.

Sunday Child Care – Children Pre-K to 2nd grade are invited to stay in child care during the worship service on Sunday.
